COURSE DETAILS:

The Bunker Lab Program includes an online self-study program plus 6 live small-group sessions of 6 Founders / innovators maximum. The program involves six classes over 6 weeks, along with homework outside of the class. Each class is approximately 2 hours long, with the exception of the 6th class which will be 3 hours as it includes a class celebration on the final day.

The work you complete throughout the course ultimately becomes the content for your business plan and pitch deck. To graduate from the Bunker Lab program, you will pitch your idea to a group of community members. Classes are held in person, in Summerside, with virtual online support through private zoom sessions.

THE BRAINSTORMING ROOM: Entrepreneurial ideation is a dynamic coaching process where founders and innovators roll-up their sleeves to discover the business value in their idea. In the Brainstorming Room, a certified coach works with founders and innovators to design the business opportunities for their ideas. It is a place where veterans and their family members come if they have an idea for a new business, product or service innovation.

Our methodology consists of 13 visual frameworks used to ideate and design the business value of an idea. The frameworks engage innovators to think entrepreneurially about product-market fit, customer discovery, and competitive difference makers that helps build this thinking into a compelling value proposition. This method has delivered results for thousands of innovators in more than 27 countries, helping to secure investment, receive research grant awards, win pitch competitions, and more.
